Red Feather has come to the aid of more than 100 equines in need, yet our mission extends beyond rescue. As an advocacy-centered organization, we're convinced that transforming attitudes through intervention, education and awareness is the key to improving the global welfare of horses.

 

Central to our cause is the promotion of empathetic horsemanship practices, fostering lifelong ownership, supporting owners in crisis, and ensuring all community members have equal opportunities to experience the healing benefits of horses. Throughout our efforts, we prioritize the welfare of our rescue horses, recognizing and honoring their sentience and individual autonomy alongside our own.
